Al Belliveau

Al Belliveau brings over 30 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience to his role as Sous Chef at Bistro Catering. A part of the Bistro Catering team since 2010, Al works closely with Executive Chef Matt Oda to develop and execute original, inspired culinary creations for a variety of events. Prior to joining the Bistro Catering team, Al was Sous Chef at Jackson Whole Grocer, Executive Chef of Off Broadway Grille and advised and assisted in the opening of three restaurants. When he isn’t in the kitchen, Al can be found exploring – skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, camping and traveling.
