Dave Van Ham
Dave Van Hamm brings over a decade of professional cooking and kitchen experience to his role as Executive Chef at Bistro Catering. A part of the Bistro Catering team since 2011, Dave constructs and executes unique, inspired culinary creations for a variety of events. Prior to joining the Bistro Catering team, Dave developed his skills at the New England Culinary Institute and honed them through a variety of professional culinary travel pursuits and locally at Snake River Grill and Il Villaggio Osteria. When he isn’t in the kitchen, Dave can be found exploring – skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his lovely fiancée, dog and cat.
