Matt Oda, Executive Chef of Bistro Catering, has been with Fine Dining Restaurant Group and Bistro Catering from their inceptions. A chef with an inherent ability to craft remarkable dishes based in many different varieties of cuisines, Matt leads the Bistro Catering culinary team, helping to craft meals that meet guests’ specific event desires and providing a unique dining experience for each and every event. It is this expansive knowledge and creative mindset that guides all Bistro Catering events. When he isn’t in the kitchen, Matt can be found riding dirt bikes and spending time with his wife, Erin, and their two children.
