Meredith Monson has been part of the Bistro Catering and Fine Dining Restaurant Group teams since 2014. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Meredith began her career in New York City, where she worked in the fashion, licensing and restaurant industries. Drawing upon an initial love of restaurants established during time spent working at a high-end steakhouse in Kansas City, Meredith followed a passion for hospitality to manage a heli ski lodge in Valdez, Alaska and then to Jackson Hole. Once in Jackson Hole, Meredith joined Fine Dining, where she managed catering events and various restaurant properties before landing her role as Catering Manager in 2016. When she’s not working with private event clients, Meredith spends her time skiing, biking and drinking fancy cocktails while she walks her dog.
